delicious coffee - I have never seen a coffee shop where you can choose your desired coffee bean! Can definitely recommend the roasted vanilla coffee 🫶🏻

It was such a fun experience to be there. You get to see how the coffee is roasted as they’re making your order. It’s almost like Willy Wonka experience for coffee nerds. The coffee itself is super good and the service was great too. 10/10

Such a sweet and professional coffeeshop in lower East side . Their coffee is amazing . I for the oat milk latte Andy friend got ice almond latte. I’m not sure what oat their using (I don’t think it was oatly) but my friend loved her almond latte (I think they used pacific ). The barista was super nice and friendly.

As someone who used to go to Roasting Plant in London, I didn’t realise I’d wandered into their original location — a quiet little full-circle moment I didn’t expect. Still excellent.

Probably one of the best coffee places in NYC. We traveled all the way from UWS to get coffee here. We ordered an americano and a flat white. Both extremely good.

The freshest beans and most impressive roasting in New York on an hourly/daily basis! Shout out to Monica for being a stellar ambassador for the brand and for explaining the exciting varietals and roasting philosophy. Truly delicious coffee with a positive social impact mission and impressive intentional design. It is so neat to see the roaster in action, the tubes with beans overhead, the degassing function, and all the equipment for the best cup of ☕. They even have a FlashChiller for exceptional cold brews and iced coffees. It's so special to see this kind of small business in action and to know they're looking to support women-owned coffee farms globally. Keep up the excellent work and thank you! 🥰🙏🏼✨

The Best Iced Coffee in the city! I have chosen a dark roast, Sumatra, freshly roasted and ground. The coffee is cooled using a cool contraption. The iced coffee was strong, tasty, and incredibly delicious.

I was so happy to find this coffee shop while at Orchard Grocer (they're the ones that recommended it!) The staff were very friendly and explained their different beans based on what I was in the mood for as a coffee noob, and their iced coffee process. They brew the coffee hot (as it should be) and rapidly chill it with a cool contraption. It was an absolutely delicious coffee. Had to pass by every day of my trip! I also love the vacuum tubes to carry the beans directly into the machines. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we opened the door to the cafe and the aroma of roasted coffee hit our noses, we were sold! The freshly roasted coffee and the scrumptious pastries were exquisite! The customer service was top of the line-kind, courteous and joyful-made us feel welcome and it was a great start to our morning! Will definitely come again when we’re back in NYC.

Please trust me on this as someone who has coffee every day and has tried every coffee shop you can think of. Nothing compares to the roasting plant. The roast options are amazing, you’ll find something you like here no matter how you like/what notes you like in your coffee. The coffee is always fresh, and trust me, you can tell the difference! This is what gives them a big advantage over quite literally almost any other coffee shop. Also helps that the prices are SO fair for the neighborhood. I could go down the street to another popular coffee shop and get a smaller (and likely not as fresh) coffee for more $$. AND everyone here is actually the sweetest. Genuine 10/10 experience every time. What more could you ask for?
